While family is paramount to the Fellows crew, community is important to them as well.
“God has blessed our family and our businesses time and time again over the years,” said company President, Sue Fellows. “We believe that it’s our obligation to pay that forward, and we take that obligation very seriously. Likewise, this community has been good to us – we’ve raised our kids here, and they’ve raised their kids here – we want to support our community to ensure that today’s children have the same opportunities that our kids had. Somebody paid it forward then – now it’s our turn.” The company, and family, are able to achieve that goal in a number of ways.
First, the company financially supports many community efforts each year, from youth sports teams to agricultural programs (FFA/4-H/PCYF) to city-hosted events to charitable benefits held by others in the community, Wayne T. Fellows, Inc. tries to help whenever we can. Wayne T. Fellows, Inc. was honored to receive the Northeast Polk County Regional Chamber of Commerce “Spirit of the Community” award in recognition for our community support. We proudly partner with Helping Hands Angels every holiday season to help provide food and toys to needy families, and with C.A.R.S.
